Job Description:
1. Develop and implement a global sales strategy and plan for titanium alloy products to achieve the sales targets set by the company.
2. Deeply understand and analyze international market trends, competitor situations, and customer needs, and provide market insight reports for the company.
3. Manage and lead the sales team, including training, guiding, and motivating team members to improve sales efficiency and performance.
4. Maintain relationships with existing customers while actively developing potential new customer resources to expand market share.
5. Coordinate internal resources (such as production, logistics, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues in the sales process.
6. Participate in negotiations with important clients and reach favorable cooperation agreements.
Job Requirements:

3. At least 5 years of experience in titanium alloy sales management, familiar with international trade processes and overseas market operation modes. (Required item)

6. Capable of adapting to fast-paced work environments, possessing strong resilience and problem-solving skills.

Job Description:
1. Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies for titanium alloy products in the corresponding category, ensuring the company's leading position in the market.
2. Analyze the market demand and competitor dynamics of the product category, and provide constructive suggestions for the company's product development direction.
3. Establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with key customers to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Participate in various industry exhibitions, seminars, and other marketing activities to enhance brand awareness.
5. Continuously track marketing effectiveness and adjust strategies in a timely manner to respond to market changes.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for marketing or engineering related majors.
2. 5 years or more of relevant industry marketing management experience, familiarity with the titanium alloy material market is preferred.
3. Strong market analysis ability and business sensitivity, able to accurately grasp market trends.
4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior management and external partners.
5. Good problem-solving and decision-making skills, able to maintain high efficiency in high-pressure environments.

Process Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
1. Strictly abide by the company's various rules and regulations, and comply with the relevant regulations and work processes of the Engineering Technology Department.
2. According to the requirements of the production task order, complete the preparation and issuance of the rolling process, be responsible for the correctness of the rolling/forging/melting production process, and complete the tracking and technical inspection of the production process as needed to ensure the accuracy of the process execution on site.
3. Analyze the causes of technical and quality issues at the rolling/forging/melting site from a technical and process perspective, and provide a reasonable disposal plan based on the judgment of the quality and manufacturing departments.
4. Participate in research and development projects, responsible for developing rolling/forging/melting process plans for R&D products, tracking the rolling/forging/melting process, collecting and organizing necessary data, preparing, issuing, and tracking testing results for sheet metal inspection tasks.
5. Optimize the on-site production process and provide reasonable suggestions
Qualifications for the position:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in metal materials, material forming, or related fields
2. Three years or more of work experience in the titanium and titanium alloy industry
3. Serious and meticulous in work, able to adapt to manufacturing industry work
